Shipping policy

South Africa:

Daxies Pyjama Co. charges a Flate Rate of R100,00 within South Africa.

Daxies Pyjama Co. offers Free Shipping if your order value is over R1000,00.

Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Once your order has been processed it will be sent out with our courier company. Orders are processed within 2 working days, this excludes weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times vary and are dependent on location, please see the below as a guideline:

Local: Johannesburg, Pretoria: 1-2 days

Major Centres: Cape Town, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth: 2-3 days

National/Outlying Areas: 3-5 days

Remote Areas: Up To 7 days

You will have full visibility of your order and receive an e-mail with your tracking information once our courier company has picked up your order.

The tracking number can be used to track your order online.

Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your order when the courier gets to your chosen delivery address.

If the courier is unable to deliver to your chosen delivery address, there may be additional costs involved to re-deliver the order. These costs will be for the customer.

We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However there may be times when there are circumstances out of our control, for example, bad weather, courier depot delays etc which would intern cause your delivery to be delayed. In the event of a delayed delivery, we will keep you updated and endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
