We try to make all our pyjamas from 100% cotton fabric. Please check the product description carefully when placing your order.
Our pyjamas are lovingly handmade in South Africa.
We are not about mass producing pyjamas in a factory.
We are about supporting local people and small businesses who make our pyjamas by hand.

If you are placing your order in South Africa, payment options include credit card, instant EFT and manual EFT.
*Please note the manual EFT option may delay the despatch of your order because we have to wait for funds to clear in our bank account before processing your order.
We are purely an online store, we do not offer a click and collect option. We offer Flat Rate Shipping of R100 anywhere in South Africa and Free Shipping over R1000.

We will do our best to process and despatch your order as soon as we receive it. This can take up to 2 working days. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will only be processed on the following work day.
Once your order is processed it will be sent out with our courier company. Delivery times vary and are dependent on location, please see the below as a guideline:
Local: Johannesburg, Pretoria: 1-2 days
Major Centres: Cape Town, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth: 2-3 days
National, Outlying areas: 3-5 days
*International: We will confirm delivery time via email once your order and payment has been received.
You will have full visibility of your order and receive tracking information once our courier company has picked up your order.

If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return it or exchange it at your own cost.
We will only accept a return of the item IF it is unworn, unwashed and in its original perfect condition within 14 days of purchase.

The return of the unworn, unwashed item must be returned to Daxies in Johannesburg. The courier cost of returning the item is at your cost.

Embroidery is R50,00 and can be added when purchasing any of our pyjamas.
Please note there will be an additional 1-2 day delay on delivery of an embroidered order.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of embroidered pyjamas.
